"Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone and they are only concerned with trying to sell you life insurance that you may or may not need. In the time that I have used that office for auto/home/boat insurance they have randomly dropped my policy three times due to “incorrect billing” that they confirmed to me over the phone and email. I had to wait over 3hrs for this office to pick up my call to add a policy to my account. The final straw for this office was when I found out I had been driving on expired insurance for almost 2 months due to their billing dept YET AGAIN screwing up the automated billing service although they stated it had been corrected multiple times via phone and email in 2021. I finally decided to make the switch to Farm Bureau and we have saved hundreds of dollars each year, my new agent even answers my phone when I need him regardless of what day of the week it is. The only time I could get any responses out of this office was when I posted a bad review here, never got a "we apologize for the issues and potentially getting sued for no insurance" but only received "Can you remove this bad review". This office is terrible. Spend your money somewhere/anywhere else."

"I under stand if you have a wreck your rates will go up but to have payed State Farm (Brooke Andrews) for at least 12 years never missed a payment, make a claim and I’m told that they will not be renewing my policy, is this what I payed for all those years for. I’m sure I have payed in way more than they have payed out, I sure hope the rest of State Farm does not do business like this. I feel like I’ve been robbed."

"Look, this is the insurance agency everyone needs to have. They’re the best. At my old insurance agency, Nationwide, when the bank issued me a new debit card and I forgot to update it with them, they cancelled the insurance without calling or notifying. Sent a letter like it was no big deal. Nationwide is not on your side, okay? Understand that. But like a good neighbor, State Farm was there. When the same debit card thing happened with this agency, they called and said “We think it’s something to do with the debit card.” That meant the world to me that they didn’t just cancel it, that someone took the time to call and check on what was up. (Now I have it pulled from the bank account and not the card) And then when I had a fender bender, Brooke sat down with me and walked me through how to handle everything. These are the people who you want when things go bung because they know what they are doing and they will help you. Even when you’re not in the best of moods and even when you’re thisclose to crying, they help. They are good at what they do. I am glad Nationwide cancelled me because I have never regretted switching to State Farm."

"Be very careful with this agent. Check every policy monthly. My policy was changed without my consent and didnt know it until it was too late. Office personnel were very rude when i questioned them about it.....State Farm is a good company just not this agent and personnel. Called and left multiple messages for Brooke to call me back. Not one reply. Deal with this agent at your own risk!! Isnt it funny right after i did my review. They(Brookes Office) faked a bunch of reviews right behind me to get their rating up. All reviews are right after mine lol. If they were really a good office real customers would give the real rating! Lol. This just proves my point. Smh!"

"The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions that I have to make sure that I am well educated on my insurance policies and information. I have had several of my family members and friends switch to this agency because of the personal attention that I receive. "I recently sold my house and began renting.
